Yes you can definitely leave the mayo out and just replace it with more cream cheese. I'd recommend using the whipped kind of cream cheese though so it spreads easier on the bread since the mayo isn't in there to make it less thick.

These sandwiches look good but I don't like Mayonaise, is it okay to leave it out?
