its a very simple dish
this steamed dish can be made in just 20 mins
gather your supplies
crab, shallots, mushrooms, butter, spinage
in a large pan, scoop a bit of butter into the pan on med heat.
while the butter is melting, chop vegs.
when the better has melted, add the crab, mushrooms and shallots.
in a steamer, place two cups of spinage and place ontop of the fraying pan.
Sream for 10 minutes.
after 10 minutes, remove from heat and put on plate.
add some lemon and pepper.
