Keep your eggs warm with cute cosy chickens!
My cousin keeps chickens so she has a lot of eggs and I decided to make her some cute egg cosies.

You Will Need

Step 1Download the templates, print them out, cut them and trace around the templates on to felt.

Step 2Cut out all your felt pieces. You'll need to chicken bodies in brown felt, two larger wings, a tail, a headpiece and neckpiece in red felt, a beak in yellow, and two smaller wings in green. You'll also want two small buttons for eyes.

Step 3Layer the wings on top of each other on top of the chicken's body.

Step 4Position the remaining pieces in between the two chicken bodies.

Step 5Stitch around the outline of the chicken.

Step 6Stitch a button on to either side for the eye.

Step 7And you're all done!

Step 8Why not make a set so you can invite a friend over for breakfast?
