a change to your usual spaghetti hoops
First boil the pasta hoops in salted water, enough to cover them. Add a little oil to the water so they don't stick together.
Meanwhile, slice the olives in half and quarter the artichokes if they haven't been already. Mine had as id bought marinated jarred ones.
Once the hoops are cooked, drain them and lower the heat. Add the olives, artichokes and cheese and stir for a minute or until the cheese has melted.
Serve with a sprinkle of dried parsley. Enjoy :)
