Step 1Gather materials. Plyers are only neccessary if you have sensitive fingers :)

Step 2Organize all of your chain the way you would like it to appear on your necklace. We just cut totally random long lengths of all different chain, knowing that we wanted it to be sloppy and heavy!

Step 3Begin by tying a piece of gold chain to be the first end point of your chain fringe necklace.

Step 4Pinch the ribbon and string the next piece of chain as shown.

Step 5Let the second piece sit as shown.

Step 6Continue stringing the chain. Feel free to play around with it.

Step 7Once you have strung the last piece of chain, you're going to want to tie it off. This will prevent the necklace from falling apart. Simply wrap the ribbon around while holding chain in the place.

Step 8Pull through but make sure the chain doesn't move.

Step 9Secure the knot as shown.
