Based on Candy Floss Carnival Top by Cat Morley
I was shocked when I saw Cat's top, which is sooo similar to my dream top from Viv! I've been trying to make it before (twice) and never succeeded! So you can imagine how happy I was to find out that Cat prepared a tutorial for it! Yay!!!

I decided to go with a little longer version to wear it as a dress also. I've also decided to put zipper on the side, not in the back (simply because I thought it was to hard for me to make it straight haha). To make my version I used pleated plaid, which was not a good idea. Pleats made it harder to sew it and plaid tends to rip (unstitch? sorry I don't know the word). But I like the result and I like how this pattern looks different depending on the fabric! I've just ordered checked taffeta to make one more similar to Cat's :)

Sorry for stupid photos on the chair, I'm too small to fit in camera lol
