Fun and bubbley
I love bubble skirts but I also love Halloween. Bubble skirts are nice for my short size and slightly large shape plus I love the poofiness of when I sit down in them. My fave one is the grave yard one. The last picture (it is upsidedown) is a work in progress as I just need to get more elastic.
