You Will Need

Step 1Apply a dark gray eyeshadow base all over the lid.

Step 2Apply a matte bright blue shadow all over the lid.

Step 3Apply a matte black shadow in the crease and blend upwards towards the brow.

Step 4Apply some silver loose glitter on the inner corner of the eye.

Step 5Apply a black liner on the waterline and a matte green shadow on the lower lashline blending out any harsh lines. Apply mascara and false lashes and the look is done!
