Inspired by Ethel Merman
I was watching 'There's no Business like Show Business' and I fell in love with Ethel Merman's dress. I knew I wanted to make a version of it for myself, so here it is.
I found a dress and used it as a base, and added all the extra bits (feathers/neckline/lace). I bought the feather fan and headdress from a friends who make them (Headdress is Stereoglamour and Fan is TwistedStarz.
