Top I made a while back with black and white gathered decorations.
I made this shirt around two years ago. I 'think' I was inspired by something, but I don't remember. Anyway, it is a cute top, but I only wore it once. It has gathering on the top with elastic and the top and bottom pieces are separate. The gathers were made from stretch jersey cotton for added detail.
