As with many others, the first time I wore these they ripped at the sides. The comics that I tried to attach also came completely away from the shoe along the side, however I think this was because I used the wrong product.

At present my local craft/sewing/homegoods store (Spotlight, for those playing at home), is currently all out of outdoor modpodge, so until they get it back in, I'm gonna wait to give them a proper coating and attempt another pair (I did buy twwo pair in case this would happen!).

But I love the idea of these shoes.
