Based on Balloon Gift Bag by Yaoichou™
I decided to make this for my fiance for his valentines gifts as we said we wouldn't buy anything this year. I cut the top of mine to make a kinda heart shaped bag, and crocheted a handle for it. Mine wouldn't stand up so i used strip of card taped in to a circle shape to stand it up!
