You Will Need

Step 1
Exfoliate lips and follow with balm

Step 2
Apply a thin layer of primer or concealer to your lips

Step 3
Apply green lipstick - I used Mint to Be by Lime Crime.
Be sure to get the lips fully covered -
Step 4
Blot the lipstick lightly

Apply a layer of glitter gel as thick or thin as you like - I used Heavy Metal Glitter Eye Gel by Urban Decay
