You Will Need

Step 1
First i cut the skirt to the length I wanted and just left the edges because i thought it looked cool and distressed against the tulle.

Step 2
Since this skirt had two layers i used the layer underneath to sew the tulle on. this is the material you use to make tutus ^-^ anyway I folded the material to overlap each other and make a ruffled look. most dresses use this so if you don't understand look around and study them and you'll figure it out :b

and that is it :D it was simple and easy i was thinking of adding studs or maybe a chain later on because i didn't have it now :b but hope you like it c:
