ok so i grabbed a whit tank top cut it in half leaving enough room for my chest area . save the scrap . ok so u grave a shirt flip it over so that the bottom is up cut the sleves if u want or turn them inside out 4 pockets. mine doesent have any.. than sow it all around ur tank top if its to short sow the scrap of the tank top to the bottom and u got a dress.
