Easy to make.
I use beef stock instead of water, but the recipe says water.
Cook the following together...
Oil, onion, peppers, garlic, beef, mustard, chilli, salt & pepper.
Cook until beef is cooked through.
Add the rice & tomato purée.
Cook out for two mins.
Add the tomato, water & Worcester sauce.
Cover & cook for 20 mins until rice is tender.
