• 

  Step 1

  Draw a circle

  I like to use a compass for a more accurate one :)

  Step 2

  Cut a piece of felt the same size

• 

  Step 3

  Stick the popsicle stick in between the bit of cardboard

• 

  Step 4

  Glue ribbon onto the end...this way you can hide the bottom when you wrap around

• 

  Step 5

  Wrap up the rest

• 

  Step 6

  Glue the felt onto the back

  I like to pinch it around the edges so it hides the cardboard

• 

  Step 7

  Start to glue the yarn on

  I used a Red Heart Buttercup yarn

• 

  Step 8

  Continue around...

• 

  Step 9

  Until you get this

• 

  Step 10

  Add a bow

• 

  Step 11

  Poke a hole and insert a jump ring

  If you want to make this into a pin or a hair clip, then glue that on the back instead

• 

  Step 12

  Now decorate!!

• 

  Step 13

  Put on the chain and now you're done!
