You will need

1 Popsicle Sticks Yarn 2 Ribbon Felt Bead(s) Necklace Chain 1 Jump Ring(s) Hot Glue Gun

A versatile accessory

Instructions

1. 

   Draw a circle I like to use a compass for a more accurate one :)

2. 

   Cut a piece of felt the same size

3. 

   Stick the popsicle stick in between the bit of cardboard

4. 

   Glue ribbon onto the end...this way you can hide the bottom when you wrap around

5. 

   Wrap up the rest

6. 

   Glue the felt onto the back I like to pinch it around the edges so it hides the cardboard

7. 

   Start to glue the yarn on I used a Red Heart Buttercup yarn

8. 

   Continue around...

9. 

   Until you get this

10. 

    Add a bow

11. 

    Poke a hole and insert a jump ring If you want to make this into a pin or a hair clip, then glue that on the back instead

12. 

    Now decorate!!

13. 

    Put on the chain and now you're done!
