Mini Christmas puddings on sticks!
These were another snack I made for our Christmas party and I can never have a party without attempting to set something on fire!

    Step 1

Start by buying a regular Christmas pudding from the supermarket.

Scoop it out in to your blender and blitz until it's crumbly.

    Step 3

Pour it out in to a bowl. The odd thing when making Christmas pudding pop mixture is that you have to dry it out, rather than cake pop batter which you have to moisten.

    Step 9

Leave to dry before decorating with red and green writing icing to look like holly.

    Step 10

Leave to dry and then they're ready to serve.

Want to set them on fire?
Please be careful if you're going to try this. To set them on fire, coat the bottom of the cake pop with brandy and then stand in a cake pop holder before lighting with a match. It looks spectacular and adds a nice toast to your cake.

It's actually an animated GIF I took using the Cinemagram iPhone app. I had to do a little admin-only hack to make it appear in the Inspiration box, which isn't really fair but hopefully we'll get a system for everyone to add GIFs soon!
