Haha that's so weird.

Yeah Laurel, it's just guys have such mixed feelings about it! The first time a guy proposed it I freaked out. And then I got used to it, but Tim wouldn't go anywhere near me when I was on (although he barely went near me anyway). And I guess I expected Andy to be funny about it but he was okay actually, and was up for it, which was nice!

I think some guys are worried or put off by the blood, although once during sex I started my period and didn't know it. His face was priceless, and at the time it was kinda embarrising too

omg- i MUST be dying.....usually my periods go by barely noticed but not this time! i have cramps back aches headaches and i am so tired! blaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

maybe its from the stress you were under?

My period is late again. Grrrr, and I don't know why, it could be stress or something. Its been wonky the last few months(due to my low iron)

I'm should start my period tomorrow.... although here's the messed up on I'm already bleeding for new and lovely reasons.... I had a biopsy at the beginning of the week and the used medicine to stop the bleeding and it is gone now... blehhhhh.... anyone know what they look for besides cancer with a biopsy or a curetage...

Hello ladies, I started when i was 13, went on the pill when i was 16, had my daughter at 22 and had my tubes tied at 31. i was told by the gyno that i would have heavy periods etc.
Jan'07-March '08 Heavy heavy periods, diarrhea, cramping to the point that i was seeing stars, doubled over in pain and felt like i had that alien ready to pop thru my stomach.
Went for my annual in March 08, explained everything to the doc and she told me to see another doc for the intestinal problems...that is until she started the exam and i hear "that doesn't feel right"- Not very nice when you are naked with your feet in stir-ups!!!!! I then had to go for an internal ultrasound where they found "something" that shouldn't be there...the doc was pretty sure it was Endometriosis!
Fast forward to May'08- Had surgery to remove these things, come to find out, i had 2 very large cysts on both of my ovaries(one the size of a grapfruit, one the size of an apple) went thru 6 months of Lupron shots to put me into a menopause (it removes any of the left over adhesions on the organs) and have been on birth control since Dec 08!!!
Needless to say i have been taking b/c for 3 months straight then letting my period come then back on b/c for 3 month-I wish i could say it helps but the last period i had, it was the same symptoms as before the surgery! the docs suggestion? go on Seasonique-it's taken for 3 months straight then a week off then back one (so i only will have my period 4 times a year-which i had been doing all along-and the doc gets paid for this crap) UGH so frustrating- I also can not get a straight answer out of the doc as to how I have a back-flow and cysts on my ovaries when both ends of the tube was closed when i had them tied....

omgod, thats insane. But really it all depends on the doctor. Some doctors will actually look for the problem, while others just write it off. I know Its crazy.

I'm already 5 weeks late and took 3 test which were all negative. I'm not supposed to be pregnant but technically there is a teeny tiny possibility. Boyfriend is freaking out. It's nice to skipp the mess for a while though.

OMG, I'm having a lame period right now, too! I normally use "super" tampons, but yesterday and the day before, I was soaking through a "super plus" every two hours or so... it was way lame. That, and I had the ol' PMD, which is pretty normal for me, yet still lame.

I hope it's actually started to alleviate a bit. I think it has, but.... :-s
