Old Cards

So, as some of us are taking down the xmas decorations and cards, it got me to thinking about what to do with all the lovely cards I received this year. Most of the time I keep the special ones, that people have written a lot inside of, or the really nice ones my boyf usually buys me. This year I have decided to make a collage of the covers of the ones I think are nice and unique and aren't specifically xmassy.
But, what do I do with all the other ones, that I wouldn't use for the above purpose? I spose I could make a xmas collage, to hang up next year?

Anybody got any suggestions? I will post pics when I make the collage Happy

If they have nice colours you can do it out of the covers, or if like me you're obsessed with text and handwriting, you can do the messages Happy

That's a good idea KK, I have a little nephew who I could do something like that for Happy

Roma, I love that mobile idea, unfortunately having extremely low ceilings and a very curious kitty, I think that would have to be a no no Happy It's such a cool and creative idea for stuff you would normally just get rid of.

You can get the lids off of tin cans and glue the pictures to the inside of the tin and decorate from there. Glitter, ribbon, etc... I made some that I thought were cute and had them for sell in my Etsy store, BUT nobody bought them. They kind of have an old fashion look to them.
You can also fold them into cute little boxes.

My auntie cuts off the written-on half and uses the other half as a gift tag fo next years xmas pressie!!! Saves on money!!

Those are great ideas. I'm just taking mine down today (late I know!) and I'll see what I can do with them. I'm keeping all my CO+K card swap ones forever though!
