The best how-to videos?

I've seen that a few people have said that they learned to knit and crochet by watching videos on the Internet. What are the best videos you've found? Share them here!

I'm one of those self-taught knitters/crocheters. For knitting, this particular site has helped TREMENDOUSLY:

I still refer to it from time to time. Very detailed, and very well organized. Videos are free, clear, and directions are detailed and easy to understand.
