Never Out Of Fashion

Circle Skirt is one of the easiest skirts to make. It actually requires very little sewing which is perfect if you are a beginner.

This item is wonderful, long or mini,it's very rockabilly, feminine and never out of fashion. A must have for the summer!

If the video wasn't clear enough, feel free to ask any question, I will love to respond to them all.

Have a wonderful day and happy crafting guys! :D

could this be translated into a long skirt? i want to make the beauty and the Beast Belle dress, and I thought this would be perfect to get the right shape for the dress (with a petticoat underneath)
