Based on Mini Circle Skirt by Mystery Craft Girl
My version of the Mini circle skirt.
I think I might need to put a lining in it however as it sticks to my tights when I'm walking but that might be because of the fabric.
Also I made mine slightly different (as I went wrong) It doesn't have an elasticated belt so instead I made it a button up at the front one. I would have done a zip but I didn't have one on me at the time
