Based on Mini Circle Skirt by Mystery Craft Girl
Took me a little longer to make as I don't have a sewing machine (but, even if i did, I wouldn't know how to use it!). Anyway, I used fabric glue to help hold it together.
Changes: Added a poodle for a touch of the 1950's.
