Cut half a heart out of a piece of paper - any size you like

I traced it onto my sweater by swiping chalk around the edges

Should end up looking like this

I chose red rubberized paint - since it was the color of glitter I planned on using.

Paint it evenly & well

I left one layer to dry over night

I didn't take a phot of this part :(
Paint another layer & while it's still wet - Pour Glitter on the paint & pat it down gently.

Don't be stingy with the glitter :)

Leave to dry overnight

Paint fabric mod podge over the glitter if you like :)

Handwash & don't put it in the dryer
