These cozy slippers are the perfect things to slip your feet into after a long day at work. They are designed to fit an adult woman’s average shoe size. The design for one foot is a mirror image of the other foot.

    Arrange the squares as shown in the diagram and sew together using mattress stitch.

    Fold the side edges and sew as before (along the green line on the diagram), leaving half a square unsewn at one end (show in red on the diagram).

    Turn the slippers so that the A Squares are at the top, with a border of B and C on each side.

    Fold the unattached A squares to create a triangle and sew onto the C squares.

    Decorate the points with a button.
