Step 1
draw lines across leaving about 1/2 inch uncut on each side.

Step 2
cut the lines. then cut the left first strip leaving 1/2 inch.

Step 3
stretch both ends & tie pieces in a corner bow.
repeat using opposite corners & so on cut off any excess material....
