Shrink plastic?

can anyone tell me more about using shrink plastic? I'd like to try making some jewellery charms with it. Thanks

And you can also use plastic that has the recycled stamp with a "6" for this tutorial. I've actually tried this one. Really does work so you can try this as practice before using store bought shrink plastic.
