A little over a year after giving birth, Amanda Palmer is back on tour and we were lucky enough to catch her on the UK leg, with a gig at the Liquid Room in Edinburgh.
The gig had a really cosy and intimate feel as Amanda took the stage in front of a sold out crowd with a glass of wine and her ukulele in hand.
She explained that her setlist would be very ad-hoc and encouraged the crowd to shout out requests, while she would try to play them all.
Not known to disappoint, she crammed her two-hour set with requests, old classics, new songs and even a poetry reading.
Our highlight was her gorgeous piano-accompanied rendition of The Bed Song.
