I freakin' love Wolverine so much. I found 2 licensed Wolverine t-shirts for $2 each recently, and this is what I turned one into!
Skirt is basic - the Wolverine shirt made the front panel of the skirt, the waistband and the slashed panel. The striped fabric is just something I had laying around, and makes up the sides and back of the skirt. :)
