Using flower print outs from www.skiptomylou.org and seed packs from www.maggiewong.com.

Print, cut pierce with a lolly.
Cut disc of card to fit the plant pot, pierce a hole and stick in lolly flower.

Stick seed packs and insert seeds and write details on the reverse of the pack.
