A great handmade gift on a low budget!
I have alot of people to buy for (big family)..So I came up with this idea..It cost me about $50 for 20 finished mugs. I bought all of the mugs from a local thrift store for 50 cents each! I like the fact that the money I spent at the thrift store goes to help people in need also. I hope you all enjoy my very first how-to..I would love some feedback :D

Step 1Go to your local thrift store and purchase as many mugs as you need.
While your out shopping, pick up the other supplies. I got my hot chocolate packets at costco in bulk.

Step 2Soak your mugs in hot soapy water.
Wash and dry them by hand. -
Step 3Stuff your mugs with hot chocolate packets and mini marshmallows.
You can put anything you want in the mugs.. candies, apple cider packets with a cinnamon stick, gourmet coffee.. the possibilities are endless!

Step 4Put the mug into a cellophane bag.
As you tie the opening shut with the ribbon.. add a candy cane for decoration.
