Draw an oval on the shrink plastic and cut it out.
If you don't have black shrink plastic like me, then color it with the black ink.
Make a hole in the top for the chain.
Then put the oval in the oven and let it shrink! :)

Put some rhinestones all around in the edges with some glue, if not there already is that on the rhinestones.
I like to use a tweezer then it's easier to handle with. :)

Draw a skull on the white felt and cut it out.

Add two black rhinestones as "eyes" with a gluegun. :)

Then glue the skull on the oval, a little bit higher than the middle.

Now draw a little crown on the pink felt and cut it out.
Then glue it on the skull :)

Take a piece of (green) ribbon and make a bow....

...and tight it!

Now glue the bow on the pendant, under the skull.

Add the chain

Then you got a cute new necklace!
