You Will Need

Step 1Draw an oval on the shrink plastic and cut it out.
If you don't have black shrink plastic like me, then color it with the black ink.
Make a hole in the top for the chain.
Then put the oval in the oven and let it shrink! :) -
Step 2Put some rhinestones all around in the edges with some glue, if not there already is that on the rhinestones.
I like to use a tweezer then it's easier to handle with. :) -
Step 3Draw a skull on the white felt and cut it out.

Step 4Add two black rhinestones as "eyes" with a gluegun. :)

Step 5Then glue the skull on the oval, a little bit higher than the middle.

Step 6Now draw a little crown on the pink felt and cut it out.
Then glue it on the skull :) -
Step 7Take a piece of (green) ribbon and make a bow....

Step 8...and tight it!

Step 9Now glue the bow on the pendant, under the skull.

Step 10Add the chain

Step 11Then you got a cute new necklace!

I don't know the Elmers glue, so I don't know if it works. But if it is a strong glue I'm pretty sure you can use is instead of a gluegun.
