Step 1Cut out a template of your pacman and ghosts.

Step 2Use magazines and tape to create a border. Make sure it's thick enough to stand on it's own.

Step 3fill with magazines to create the model.

Step 4Use strips of newspapers dipped in a mixture paste of flour and water and stick them on to the model. Leave to dry over night. If the ghosts still do not manage to stand on their own (like two of mine) use poly filler clay as a base (it can easily be painted over).

Step 5Outline the pixelated eyes and paint the body.

Step 6Then the white and black for the eyes. I later used a sharpie to outline the eyes and get them perfectly pixelated (as well as to hide some mistakes).

Step 7Voila!
