You take a wooden letter of the first initial of the recipient's name and paint the edges of it any color you choose. Let dry.

Then glue scrapbook paper, ribbons, or other embellishments to it.

Glue 1, 2 or 3 strands of long ribbon to the bottom of the letter.

Let dry, and hang hairbows!
