Mini "Circus" Top Hat

Mini Top Hat that I made for a "Circus Freak" Party
I made this for a friend's circus freak party. I wanted to have something unique, and interesting- so a top hat seemed like a good idea.

I used half a salt container for the top portion of it, cardboard scraps for the brim, and random pieces of scrap cloth, beads, feathers, and rhinestones and there you have it!

To make it stay in place, I attached it to the side of a wide headband.(I've made a few other using similar materials)

****I'm not really sure how long it took me to put this together because I made a change or small alteration every few days for about a month.
