Gather materials and thread your needle.

Place one end of the feather trim at the shoulder seam of the tee. Pin it.

Begin sewing feather trim onto tee by hand.

We began sewing tight stitches, but they got looser as we went on...

Pin the feather trim so that it goes onto the sleeve, and sew. You won't need to pin anymore after this point.

Continue sewing the trim onto the sleeve of the tee.

Once you reach the seam on the sleeve, turn the trim and sew it along the previous strip.

You're going to want to cover the sleeve in feather trim. We made a border to begin, and now we'll begin filling it in!

After an hour of handstitching...

Now grab your scissor, because we're going to cut off the sleeve that has no feathers.

Cut from the armpit up to where the featers begin.

After cutting, it should look like this.

Cut the back of the tee so it matches the front.

Now try it on!
