another Crumbs Sugar Cookie-inspired top hat made for a friend
after seeing the first hat i made for my daughter's birthday, a friend asked me to make one for her for a Halloween costume. i used a different technique this time, using instructions for a Mad Hatter-style hat, and i am very pleased with how it came out! again, the time is approximate since i worked on it over about 4 days, giving time in between for glue to dry and whatnot.
