Jazzed up dollar store headband.
Every once in a while I stop into the dollar store to see if I can come up with anything fun to create. Saw this headband, knew I had ribbon and embellishments at home. Turned out nicely. Cheap to make and super cute. Honestly, You can't mess this up.
