You need only a old headband as wide as possible and a cd (not your favorite artist)

First you have to cut the cd to tiny pieces. Don't use paper scissors, I used some kind of fish scissors:D (?)
Take the old fabric away from your headband and paint it black. Wait that paint drys.

You need strong clue to stick up the pieces. Start middle and leave the tops clear.
