Crochet Neck Halter Top

A halter top with a crocheted floral neckline and open back, made out of a button-down shirt.
I really, really wanted to make a How-to for this project, but since I didn't really know what I was doing (this was all an experiment) it was hard to keep track/take pictures of each step. It was also sort of a pain trying to get it to fit me perfectly in the back.

I used the "Cute Crochet Flowers" How-to on here for the neckline, and I knit I-cords and tied them to the flowers for the ties.
