Step 1Mix the eggs & sugar together until light & fluffy.

Step 2Add the milk, cream & vanilla.
Mix together.

Step 3Pour into the Icecream machine.
Churn together for approximately 45 mins.

Step 4Place the caramels & 4 tbsp milk into a pot.
Heat gently until mixed together & soft.
Set aside to cool.

Step 5Add the fudge pieces to the machine.
Mix through.

Step 6Add half the caramel sauce.
Mix through.

Step 7Scoop some ice cream into the tub.
Layer with caramel sauce & Icecream.

Step 8Serve.
