Salted Caramel Fudge Icecream
Easy to make.
Tasty home made Icecream.
Mix the eggs & sugar together until light & fluffy.
Add the milk, cream & vanilla.
Pour into the Icecream machine.
Churn together for approximately 45 mins.
Place the caramels & 4 tbsp milk into a pot.
Heat gently until mixed together & soft.
Set aside to cool.
Add the fudge pieces to the machine.
Add half the caramel sauce.
Scoop some ice cream into the tub.
Layer with caramel sauce & Icecream.
