Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Boil potatoes.

Step 2Mash potatoes, add butter, cream, salt, pepper & spring onions.
Mix through.
Set aside.

Step 3Fry sausage in oil.
Remove to a dish.

Step 4Fry onion.

Step 5Add flour.
Cook out for a few mins.

Add stock.
Stir to make a gravy.

Step 7Add mushrooms, peas, Worcester sauce & bay leaves.
Cook for a few mins.

Step 8Pour over the sausage.

Step 9Top with the potatoes.
Bake for 20-25 mins until browned.
