A simple skirt, all you need is a t shirt and to know how to make a wasteband.
I made this skirt in early 2012. I basically just cut a straight line from armpit to armpit on a fitted shirt. I used some white fabric to make the waste band. I also made the white lace shirt in the picture, it has 3/4 sleeves.
