What you will need:
•One men's dress shirt with a straight hem, wide enough to be gathered at your waist, long enough from the armpit to the hem for the skirt
•Ruler
•Scissors
•Sewing machine and thread

You Will Need

Step 1
First you want to lay out your Over-sized mens dress shirt. Cut right below the arm pits all the way across.

Step 2
With the extra fabric you just cut you want to make your waist band. These should be 5" inches tall by the width of your hips. Cutting from the rest of the shirt, cut pieces to combine together to make two belt straps. These pieces should be 5 inches tall by as wide as you can get. Make a tube like thing with. And iron down the "tube" With seam facing down on the back.

Step 3
Sew waistband and skirt peice together. Hem bottom of your skirt.

Step 4
Cut off arms and Fold both inside out, sew armpits together. Then fold back out to normal. (This is your belt.)

Step 5
Now you are Done!! :D
