I found a destroyed hairclip an took the pink tulle which already was folded in a circle.
Then I had some green tulle, which I made a bow of.
Then I cutted a black heart out of black felt and add the white details in the edge, and a pin on the back. Then I glued some of an old chain on the back.
I love the colors and the design, very cute an simple to do! And you can use it everywere! :)
