Chocolate bears on sticks which are almost too cute to eat.
It was Tom's birthday on Saturday and he loves bears so I decided to make him bear cake pops instead of a birthday cake. They tasted so good and were really easy to make.

    Step 1

    Pop your cake in the blender. You can bake a cake fresh or just use a store bought one. I used chocolate cake bars with chocolate chips and they worked great.

    Blend together the cream cheese and icing sugar and mix in to the blended cake.

    Roll in to balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    Melt down the chocolate in to a bowl.

    Coat your cake balls with dark chocolate and then place two white chocolate buttons at either side for ears and one in the middle for it's mouth. Leave to set.

    Step 6

    Pop the cake pops on to sticks and ice eyes and a mouth with writing icing.
